their heart always dreaming for a company-service of their love (lord krishna )

the meaning of this is-

oneday the great mukti (the goddess of moksha ) went to gopal (lord krishna ) and asked about her moksha ... 
then lord krishna suggested her ( goddess of moksha ) .. she would go to vrindavan ..

and when will the dust of shri vrindavan dham touch her head ,, she will get moksha .
